Use the following cheat code to achieve the result displayed in the video below.

Some interesting trivia notes about this cheat code:
- I am no expert with this cheat code (that means I have limited experience with using this code myself!), but what I can let you know is that if you use this cheat code prior to obtaining the first (and in my experience, even the second!) refractors, then you will likely crash the game. Well, pardon my use of the English language... The game doesn't crash ever when using this cheat code early in the player's gameplay. No, it instead will still play and then the terrain for Cardon Forest (for example..) will just vanish, to where there is just sky and and endless pit (or maybe there is some type of "bottom"
). Basically THIS WILL VERY LIKELY HAPPEN, if you use this cheat code PRIOR to obtaining the first & second refractors. I personally like to wait until I have just about obtained the third refractor (but not yet!), then I will turn it on usually. I believe I had made it work with only having one or two refractors, but I cannot say for certain so try that at the expense of your own time if you wish. I am only here to document the information I have to give on each code, and maybe I will update these entries as times goes on, and as I/the community at large figures more out about each of these codes (there is a lot to learn about each, and virtually any code is possible, in regard to what the game itself can do). So, please do understand that you may have a different experience than myself, and view this text as nothing more than a "heads up" to let the player know what I myself have experienced with the use of each code (if it is worth noting). I wish I had more information to give on this code, but I only have what I can somewhat remember, and there it is in the sentences above.
- With the above information being said, I have to say; It would be VERY NICE to see someone find cheat codes for each individual 'Special Item', that way instead of giving MegaMan all of the refractors (and other special items) that he should not yet have, which I believe is the main thing that glitches out the gameplay to where the game is furthermore unplayable until one resets and doesn't use the code so early on during the gameplay (I could be wrong here! It may not be the refractors, it could be other special items such as the citizens card, or etc. that cause the glitchout to occur, but I cannot say forsure myself); If some kind individual/group of people actually found codes for each special weapon, and then made them public, then it would be possible for the player to test out each individual special item, or group of special items, and find out which ones are the main problem that cause the game to bug-out (if you will, I am not sure what else to call THIS). This would be cool for a number of reasons besides just trying to figure out what is going on here. So, I am hoping to one day see cheat codes like this surface for this game. We will have to wait & see for now. For now, we just have the package deal, as I prefer to call it. We get all of the special items in one cheat code. Maybe altering this already existing cheat code could find something? Never know!
